Cancellation Policy

TERMS OF AGREEMENT FOR ALL CLIENTS -Please ensure you’re alone, in a quiet space, and connected to strong WiFi during your session. I ask that my client(s) be completely alone during their readings, this is because if there are more people present, it's possible that I could pick up on their departed loved ones rather than yours. If I find that there is someone sitting in on the session without my permission, I have the right to terminate the reading at that moment without a refund. The only exceptions I make is when and if it's a paid two person one hour reading. -If you are more than 15mins late to your session this is considered a no-show and no refund will be permitted. I am often booked out months in advance and have back to back readings and will need to stay on schedule throughout the day. -Please remain respectful to me and Spirit by remaining sober. Drinking can cloud the memory and Spirit love to bring up specific dates and shared memories. -I ask that I have your full undivided attention. This means no loud music/TV in the background, no eating, no phone calls or texts, & no driving. All of these things can be very distracting and can affect the way the messages come through. -I usually don't allow children to be present but I understand that it may be hard for parents to have time away from them. It shouldn't be too big of an issue as long as you can have some privacy. These sessions can be very emotional and private! -My cancellation policy is that you're allowed to cancel or reschedule your own session up until 24hrs before your scheduled session. There is a cancellation fee of $15 USD that will be applied for any cancellations made less than 72hrs before your scheduled start time. But a partial refund will be given back to you if you decide to cancel all together before the 72hr window. This is because Wix, the website builder, charges me a transaction and processing fee per transaction. -Finally, I ask that you please remain respectful to me. If there are any rude/cruel/disrespectful comments made to me, I have the ability to terminate the reading at that moment without a refund. -Drinking water is fine, taking notes is fine and feel free to grab the tissues before hand! Everything in your reading stays completely confidential! -I also provide recorded sessions free of charge! You'll just let me know if you'd like a recorded session when you hop on the zoom call! My website will send the zoom link after payment is made via email.
